Tracy Bartlett holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Georgia and has lived in Athens for 18 years. Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor®, Tracy worked in Interior Design, Retail Management, Merchandising, Marketing, and owned her own business.
Tracy is a member of the Athens Area Association of REALTORS®, the Georgia Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. She volunteers with Bigger Vision and Family Promise, enjoys nature, gardening, and serving on the Flower Guild at her church.

Tracy was extremely helpful! One of the things I noticed about her is that she wasn't trying to sell me any random house we visited. She was very upfront about any problems the houses had that she noticed, and she wasn't afraid to say if she thought a certain house was a bad idea. This was extremely helpful since I was a first time home buyer! She did a great job, and I eventually closed on my new house because of her help.

Tracy did a great job helping me find my new home. She took the time to understand what would appeal to me, the features I needed, and what location would work best. She didn't waste my time looking at options that weren't spot on. Her guidance and attention to detail made the search, offer, and closing activities really easy, and I ended up with the perfect home for me! She knows what she is doing and really cares about getting her clients the very best fit. I plan to work with her agin to sell a second house that I own.
